Technology
We were a world technology leader in low-bandwidth video streaming, embedded system implementations (DSP, ASIC, SoC), and network infrastructure that made setup and connection easy.
We were the first team in the world to bring in an H.264 compression engine, and the first company with H.264 consumer electronics. Our aim was to break video out of the PC, so people could watch anywhere, on any device.
Our business ran two ways: our own DIGIZON brand through retail channels and telecom bundles, and ODM work for others, such as GIGABYTE’s Glee Cube IP set-top box.
